Warriors Ice Arena, built by Boston Landing Development, is the new home of the Boston Bruins Training and Practice Facility. The teams’ former practice arena, located in Wilmington, was 20 miles away from Boston.

Located next to New Balances’ recently constructed world wide headquarters, the new arena is built right on the Mass Pike. The development includes elite facilities designed to improve performance, specifically the New Balance Fitness Club, a Track – Field Complex, and an outdoor space called Athletes Park. It has been dubbed Boston Landing. The Boston Celtics will also practice at the new development.

The complex intends to offer plenty of activities to the public including; college, high school, youth, and amateur hockey. The ice arena will also host public skate sessions and learn-to-skate clinics, available for all skill levels ages 3 and up. Additionally they will offer adult and corporate league skating in Spring of 2017.

The community is invited to a Grand Opening Open House of the Warrior Ice Arena on Saturday, September 10 from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. The event is a day long celebration of the first publicly accessible ice arena constructed in the city of Boston in over 50 years

The development continues to grow with available retail (shops – restaurants), office, and lab space. It is expected to eventually include apartments, a hotel, and even a T stop (Spring 2018). Possibly built like Patriot Place, adjacent to Gillette Stadium, it looks like the Bs – Celts have taken a lesson from Robert Kraft and his success with Pats fans.
